Maintenance
90% of all our clients are on a monthly maintenance agreement. The maintenance agreement covers any minor to complex adjustments to your website depending on your maintenance level.
Items covered under the maintenance agreement include the following:
- Any changes to the complete content of the current website
- All required maintenance and repairs to the existing site code, including internal links as well as links to external sites
- The inclusion of any new text content within the make-up of the existing site throughout
- Your company will be added to the inventory of sites maintained by eliquidMEDIA. This will include our own pro-active effort to ensure that the site is performing at its best.
- Web Analyzer / Statistics program (Included with all Maintenance Plans over $120.00 per month)
Our maintenance agreement does not include any new development to the website such as new functionality, new back-end interactivity, new design, elements on a new flash programming and/or the expansion of the website to cover topics not yet introduced.
Monthly Maintenance Plan
eliquidMEDIA will negotiate a monthly rate that will provide your company with a monthly allotment to satisfy your change requirements. The following monthly rates are billed in 15 minute increments.

Blocked Maintenance Plan
eliquidMEDIA's Blocked maintenance plan is ideal for Seasonal Companies, requiring several changes all at times. The following Block rates are billed in 15 minute increments.

The above maintenance blocks will expire 365 days after the date of signing.
Hourly Maintenance Plan
If your company does not require monthly maintenance, we would be pleased to assist you on an as needed basis. Our agency rate is $85 per/hour with a one-hour minimum fee charge qualified for any simple content adjustments you may require.
