How to Get Rid of Vaper's Tongue

How to Get Rid of Vaper's Tongue

If you've been around the block in the vaping realm, or even if you're new to vaping, you've probably heard the term "Vaper's Tongue" thrown around quite a bit. What is it, exactly? Well, to simplify, Vapor's Tongue is the experience you get when you vape a flavor so often, and to such an extent, that you are actually unable to taste the flavor anymore. And while some might not mind this, a huge draw to vaping for many is the multitude of flavors that are available to them. Many people settle on an ADV, or "All Day Vape," which is their favorite flavor for the time being that they continue to puff on consistently, rather than switching flavors.

And there's beauty in the All Day Vape, after all. People know what they want to purchase automatically, and it's essentially hassle-free when you've latched on to something so good that you don't want to let go. However, "Vaper's Tongue" seems to be the downside for this. How does one get rid of Vaper's Tongue? I'm no expert on it, but I have a few tips and tricks I can elaborate on to help shake things up for you in terms of vaping and bring you back to a place where you can vape your ADV and actually taste it again. While most would recommend that you find another, similar flavor to your ADV, I would encourage you to go in the opposite direction.

Try buying something that is the total opposite of what you usually vape. If you like Tobacco, try a candy flavor. If you're into desserts, shift to mints for a week or two. Buy a small amount of something new. And then, once you feel ready, return to that ADV and see if it tastes any better. If that's too bold of a move, I'd recommend finding something similar to your ADV, with slightly different notes, and stick to that for a week or two before returning to your one, true eJuice. And who knows...you might even stumble into a new ADV along the way!
